Solitude doesn't have to be massive amounts of time with no other human in sight. Its potential is hidden inside small, every day moments.
Solitude is sanctuary,
The pure radiant Love
I give Myself.
For deep soul-healing.
Catalyst Questions to journal or ponder …
Look at your average day. Where do moments exist that you could take for yourself? Get savvy and creative, engage it like a scavenger hunt. Like in line at the bank drive-in or even taking a bathroom break. It may seem silly, but these carry the potential for inner solitude … even if you’re not technically alone. You have to start somewhere.
And because you can’t improve on nothing, you have to take these mini-moments where they happen. You’ll find they help you ground down into your life … traction through intention. Where you go from there is up to you.
